Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start and those in your small group to cheer you on! All exercises done in a HIIT group workout can be adjusted for all levels of fitness.
Both classes offer many variations of poses and modifications, and both are open to all levels. The Gentle Flow class is a really great starting point for beginners because it is done at a slower pace, with more time for extra verbal cueing, and more time to catch your breath.
Download the free GymCatch app and create a free account. Once you have an account, search for "Thrive Fitness Studio" within the app and click "follow" in order to quickly view the class schedule. View the calendar and click on the class you would like to attend, and make sure to click "confirm" at the end. You should always receive an email confirmation when you've registered correctly.
HIIT training is done in small groups of 4-5 women who have a weekly standing appointment. Right now, all of my HIIT groups are full, but if you would like to be placed on the wait list, submit your email below.
Yoga class pricing is :
Single Class Pass: $15
Bundle of Five Classes: $50

This includes 10 workouts at Thrive and a monthly challenge emailed out each month with workouts and/or ways to stay on track the rest of the week.
