Hi, I'm Blake Rogers! I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that reaching your fitness goals can be challenging, and my job is to help you overcome hurdles and reach those goals. I try to plan each fitness class (HIIT workouts and yoga classes) to be efficient and effective, working muscles groups with strategy, but also incorporating variety. I plan my yoga classes thoughtfully and have created a beautiful studio for you to find refuge in, where we focus on not just physical exercise, but also nurturing your mind and spirit. For all of my HIIT Small Groups, I keep our monthly at-home workouts fresh with a different challenge each month, and we also have group events every now and then to have some fun together.

With 7 years of success and experience, I am capable of helping you reach your fitness goals. In our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Small Groups, we work out together 1-2 times per week, and complete at-home workouts given out every month to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. Each group meets together at the same time each week, and encourages each other and keeps each other accountable.
I have been a yoga teacher for over 10 years. I am a 500hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), and have also completed a 100hr Yoga for Athletes program. In 2017, I traveled to Rishikesh, India and studied there. I taught at the Community Center in Bennettsville, SC for many years before converting a quirky little barn into a beautiful yoga studio. My aim is to make you feel comfortable in my yoga classes whether you have been practicing yoga for decades or are brand new to it. I try to bring lightheartedness and playfulness to every yoga class I teach. I try to challenge those in attendance while also encouraging them to enjoy class and adapt everything to how they feel that particular day.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness and make it FUN, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle, whether that is with yoga classes or HIIT exercise. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits and move a little each day, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Small steps, done consistently, add up to big results.
