Let's work out together!
Let's work out together!
I believe fitness should be both effective and enjoyable. Whether you're powering through a high-energy HIIT session or finding balance in a yoga flow, my goal is to help you move with purpose, challenge yourself, and feel great doing it.
I design every class—HIIT workouts and yoga sessions alike—with strategy and variety, ensuring you build strength, improve mobility, and stay motivated. My yoga studio is a peaceful space where we focus not just on physical movement, but also on nurturing your mind and spirit. For my HIIT Small Groups, I keep things fresh with new monthly at-home challenges, and we come together for fun group events to celebrate progress and community.
Because at the end of the day, fitness should be fun.
My motto: make fitness fun.
With nine years of experience as a personal trainer and thirteen in the fitness industry, I’m here to help you reach your goals with the right balance of structure, motivation, and community.
In our HIIT Small Groups, we train together 1-2 times per week, pushing through high-energy workouts designed for maximum results. To keep you on track between sessions, I provide fresh at-home workout challenges every month, ensuring variety and progress. Each group meets at the same time each week, building a strong sense of accountability, encouragement, and teamwork—because fitness is better when we do it together.
With over twelve years of teaching experience, I bring both expertise and heart to every yoga class. I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), a 200-hour E-Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and have also completed a 100-hour Yoga for Athletes program. In 2017, I deepened my practice by studying in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga.
Before opening my own studio, I spent years teaching at the Community Center in Bennettsville, SC, sharing the benefits of yoga with my local community.
Today, I teach in a beautifully converted barn-turned-yoga-studio, a welcoming space where all levels—whether beginners or seasoned yogis—can feel at home. My approach is lighthearted and playful, encouraging you to challenge yourself while also honoring how you feel in each moment. Yoga is about more than just movement—it's about finding joy, balance, and connection.
I know that building new fitness habits can be challenging—and too often, people give up before they see results. My goal is to change the way you view fitness by making it fun, sustainable, and a natural part of your lifestyle, whether through yoga, HIIT, or a mix of both.
I truly believe that small, consistent steps lead to big results. When you prioritize movement and healthy habits each day, you’re not just working toward a goal—you’re building a healthy lifestyle that lasts. Let’s make fitness something you enjoy—not something you have to do, but something you want to do.
